As you may have guessed, this is the final page of this first chapter, woohoo!

I've had a blast drawing it and I am very excited to get going on the second one. I will have to take a little break, hopefully not for too long, while I handle some work that I have been putting off until I've finished the chapter. However, I will still be uploading some wallpapers with artwork you've seen so far, just so you don't feel abandoned. I've had some wallpaper requests and I think this is the best time to do it.

I hope you guys liked this first chapter as much as I enjoyed drawing it. A big thanks to the reddit community and everybody who offered their support, especially my German friends at starcitizenbase.de

See you soon!

Great first chapter! I look forward to seeing the the story continue. Your panel composition is interesting and I love the heavy use of negative space and shadowing in the space scenes. Keep it up man!

    Really nice thx!

It’s just a detail but I think you could use different text box design when people are talking between ships!

Thanks for the feedback. Glad you like it!

I am looking to use another variant of the text box once I have some multicrew ship conversations, to distinguish between crew members talking between themselves or talking to other ships.

In this first chapter, since all conversations were between ships, I decided the regular speech bubble would be ok. :)

So just now came across this (Having been a citizen for 2 years now) and I will say that you are a great artist and I enjoyed the read. As a budding comic artist myself I only hope that I can produce something of this quality.
